作为工厂的HSE人员与专家，领导工厂HSE管理体系的实施，监控并确保工厂HSE管理体系的正常健康运行。
提高一线人员的HSE人员能力，包括危害识别与风险分析、作业许可、MOC、工艺安全控制等相关能力。领导不同形式的风险分析及相应改进。
作为事件管理与调查专家，指导事故调查工作，对重大工艺安全、人员安全、产品安全等事件的事故调查、纠正预防措施及闭环跟踪。提升一线人员与主管经理的事件管理能力。
进行相关HSE检查与审核，能给予明确的专业性结论并提出建设性安全改进建议。
推动安全文化的提升，持续改进行为安全、工艺安全、安全标准化、环境管理等方面。
领导或支持相关的HSE行政许可与HSE评价工作。
负责与外部HSE相应机构联络沟通，协调在公司内完成相关工作，以获得外部机构对公司生产运营的支持。
Job Requirements
Qualifications/education:
Bachelor level qualification in HSE or engineering or related discipline
Management/general skills:
§ Minimum 5 years of working experience in the discipline of chemical plant operation, HSE or technical engineering in a multinational company
§ Preferred 2 years working experience of process safety management
§ Good English skill both speaking and writing
§ Good communication and interpersonal skills
§ Good skill of coordination and planning
§ Strong ability to drive the follow-up and improvement.
Functional skills:
Specialized knowledge of the Nouryon HSE functional role and HSE management systems and programs, as well as external benchmarks.
