We are now looking for our new Regional Demand & Supply Review (DSR) Material Planner - Göteborg


Main responsibilities
The EMEA DSR Manager is responsible for supporting the short-term (0-3 month) demand & supply plan at all PF plants and focus on variations to that plan. You will have responsibility for all Nouryon PF sites across the EMEA region. 
DSR is a structured global process of communication and decision making to keep Demand and Supply synchronized when demand (or supply) materializes differently than planned within near-term time fences. You will work closely with your counterparts in the Americas & Asia to consolidate a global view, presented weekly to the Vice President of Business Planning.


You will also play a vital role in balancing our three key priorities of: 
1.    Volume growth 
2.    Cashflow management (especially through inventory control) 
3.    Customer experience


Successful stakeholder management is an essential characteristic since you will need to collaborate with Supply Planners & Demand Managers, as well as Logistics, Procurement & Operations teams across all sites within the EMEA region.


Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need a solid understanding of supply chain & business processes and a strong capability to analyze data including cross-reference data validation, trending and forecasting. Communication is also a vital part of the role; working across so many sites, functions and organisations.
You have the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction with a strong process driven attitude and are results-oriented.


 We also see that you have:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
•    Excellent analytical skills, covering forecasting, data validation & trend analysis
•    Highly proficient in MS Office packages including Excel & SharePoint
•    Excellent communication skills in English; able to communicate with all functional levels within the business 
•    Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse & Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software) is strongly preferred
