Summary
The objective of this position is to assure reliability of all rotating equipment and support the site in improvements in OEE aligning with Maintenance, Operations, and Regional Maintenance and Reliability Teams
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage vibration and lubrication programs (equipment in scope, PM execution & outcomes, resolutions of issues found, learnings absorption)
- Manage and Review AdHoc generated by maintenance related to rotating equipment
- Support Adhoc/RCPS from other areas as required
- Lead RCPS related to rotating equipment
- Follow-up and address actions related to OEE losses due to rotating equipment failure
- Effect changes to PM's on SAP for rotating equipment
- Support planning of high complexity rotating equipment jobs for planned outages
- Define critical spare parts for rotating equipment and the safety stock needed
- Deliver on KPI's such as vibration analysis normal/alarm/not collected, # of mechanical seals changed, OEE losses, pump bases repaired
- Support technical training plans for maintenance technicians
- Share in site and regional meetings
- Request support from regional group, and other plants as needed
- Share in maintenance performance meetings
- Escalate issues to management that require immediate attention such as incidents, inadequate behaviors, and process conditions
- Lead / Support capital projects related to rotating equipment (scoping, quoting, writing AR, execution, commissioning, and closing)
- Awareness of production targets and operational plans
- Participate in Gemba walks
- Perform monthly safety contacts
- Comply with regulations and policies
- Run / Support MOCs for changes involving rotating equipment
- Support PHAs as requested
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related area or industry equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting
- Experience and exposure to various types of rotating equipment such as pumps, blowers, screw conveyors, compressors, and fans
- Ability to work with a regional team and outside service providers and contractors

- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably SAP
