Solution Architect, CRM Dynamics - Mexico City

The solution architect CRM Dynamics will be part of the Functional Domain M&S (Marketing and Sales). He/she will report to M&S Functional Information Manager.

In your future role as CRM Dynamics Solution Architect you will
 

• Supports demand management in the ideation phase and early stages of the IM projects
• Ensures solutions compatible with the existing (technical) architecture to ensure compliance with strategy, policy, guidelines, budget, and operational supportability
• Supports demand management in writing project charters and translation into   detailed requirements – in line with the IPM project methodology
• Translates business requirements into solutions and/or solution directions in Microsoft Dynamics
• Develop technical specifications and design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration
• Design, build and implement the solution
• Keeps IM documentation up to date for the business processes and applications in scope
• Ensure quality and consistency with template design for deployments – check of designs and Build
• Designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Developing expertise on technical specifications and design documents for customizations, configuration, integrations, and data migration.
• The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will lead and mentor development teams in the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions and provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• The candidate will participate in project planning and estimation activities and collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Ability to work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Strong analytical skills over multiple domains to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Solves problems using knowledge, experience, and analysis of available information.
• Ability to remain neutral toward technology, vendor, and product choices, as well as to be
• more interested in results than in personal preferences.
• Ability to see the whole picture (helicopter view) as well as being able to focus into the detail. Dedicated to reach and maintain high quality standards.
• Ability to influence internal and external parties and communicate clearly at different levels

We believe you bring

• Master/bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or a related field of study
• 5 years of experience in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional degree in Information Management/Technology/Engineering or a similar field
• Advanced/conversational English level
• +5 years in designing and delivering Customer Relationship Management (CRM Dynamics)
• Azure Cloud solutions + Power Automate experience (desirable)
