In your future role as Solution Architect you will

• Design and develop state-of-the-art solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) and SharePoint
• Be our tech interpreter! Work with stakeholders to convert their needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Guide us towards scalability, reliability, and security. Your expertise will ensure our systems are unparalleled.
• Chart our tech future! Develop technical roadmaps for upcoming implementations.
• Ensure we're adhering to architecture, standards, and practices.
• Be our tech trendsetter! Recommend tools, technologies, and processes to keep our product platform leading the pack.
• Team up with our project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Efficiency is our mantra!
• Mentor our developers and engineers. Sharing knowledge is our superpower!
• Implement and manage document management systems using SharePoint.

• General IT Interest - A keen interest in digital technology and Microsoft platforms is a must.
• Core Consulting Skills - You consult with others on problems and activities, collect information from a variety of sources, and ask effective questions to perform your job.
• User Experience - You're mindful of issues impacting customer satisfaction and view things from the end-user perspective.
• Taking Responsibility - You're accountable for delivering on commitments, owning mistakes and using them as learning opportunities.
• Platform Integration - You have the knowledge and capability to use platforms and integrate applications, ensuring the integration between systems and separate components function as one ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Experience from development and query languages (PowerShell, C#, Kusto, Power Query)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with data governance principles and compliance frameworks.
• Experience of working with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English - can you make tech lingo fun and understandable to peers and stakeholders?
• Problem-solving skills that would make a detective envious.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to international locations including the USA, Netherlands, Sweden, and India.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification and experience of implementing Copilot is a plus!
