About the job

The Global Marketing Director, Natural Resources will join a growth business focused on industrial end markets including Oil & Gas, Mining, Batteries & Electronics, Lubricants & Fuel, Pulp & Paper, and Textiles. You will capture market requirements and trends and analyze how to convert them into a cohesive business strategy. This professional will operate in a global role interacting with customers and managing a team of marketing professionals.

In your future role as “ Marketing Director Natural Resources” you will

• Lead a global team of 10 marketing professionals.
• Be an active member of the leadership team for Natural Resources business
• Set the vision, creation and development of the overall market strategy for the Natural Resources business 
• Identify and maximize growth for both existing products and innovations

We believe you bring

• 10+ years of relevant marketing management experience in B2B markets

• Experience in developing value-based pricing models and pricing execution through different sales channels
• Proven record in managing a team.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and able to articulate high quality value propositions
• Solid understanding of one or more key industries for Natural Resources
• Excellent English language skills, oral and in writing.

A natural strong communicator, Leader within the marketing domain, can influence people and willing to travel (50%).
