In your future role as Customer Service Representative you will 


 

  • Be a spider in the web with many contact areas both internally and externally
  • Fulfill the “Order To Invoice” cycle for assigned customers and business in SAP
  • Represent the customer in daily customer relations by managing their orders and requests and secure the voice of the customer in cooperation with sales, planning and logistics
  • Be a member of a Business Line team in Customer Service and whenever needed in a backup roll

 
We believe you bring 


 

  • Theoretical education at University or equivalent in area of sales, trade, administration or logistics/distribution.
  • or Experiences for 1-3 years in an area similar to ours or like travel agency, transport company or other relevant professional area.
  • Good IT knowledge, order booking, booking related systems and SAP is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
