We are looking for a Process Engineer TS who is passionate about process optimization and continuous improvement to join our team of Changemakers. Does that sound like you?

 

About the job

As Process Engineer TS, you will play a key role in supporting our Technology Solutions plant in Mons, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. This is an opportunity to influence production optimization and contribute to strategic investment planning.


In your future role as Process Engineer TS you will:

  • Ensure all HSE regulations and procedures are actively applied by all parties.
  • Lead projects focused on HSE improvements, cost reduction, and production optimization from initiation to closure, including documentation and training.
  • Act as a key driver for process optimization and performance monitoring.
  • Launch troubleshooting initiatives and lead RCPS workshops for process issues.
  • Contribute to long-term planning, including 5-year and annual investment plans aligned with BU vision.
  • Manage budgets and communicate deviations promptly, ensuring compliance with corporate directives and ISO standards.


We believe you bring:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong experience in process/production environments with proven focus on HSE, productivity, and OEE.
  • Expertise in process control and computerized control systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).


Great if you have:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 systems and RCA methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP-MES systems and production-related IT systems.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
