About the job

We are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Manager who will lead maintenance operations and drive reliability improvements at our Mons site. This is a key role in ensuring safe, cost-effective, and sustainable performance.

In your future role as Maintenance & Reliability Manager you will

• Oversee all maintenance operations at the Mons site, ensuring equipment integrity and availability.
• Lead and manage maintenance processes with a strong focus on safety and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement reliability strategies.
• Manage maintenance budgets and KPIs, ensuring compliance with Nouryon standards.
• Act as backup for Capex projects and turnaround planning.
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
• Be a member of the site Management Team

We believe you bring

• Degree in Electromechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Proven focus on HSE and safety leadership.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and reliability management.
• Experience with capital projects and process improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Great if you have

• Knowledge of SAP and maintenance-related IT systems.
• Familiarity with ISO systems and Belgian legislation.
• Project management certifications.
