This is the roles we wish to hire during summer 2026:

Customer service representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full Order-to-Invoice cycle for assigned customers and business areas. In this role, you act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their orders and requests while ensuring their voice is represented internally through close collaboration with Sales, Production Sites, Planning, and Logistics teams.
We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a university degree in engineering, economics, business, logistics, or a related field. You should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are service-oriented, proactive, and highly focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Product Safety Specialist (PSRA):

The Product Safety Specialist is supporting the business on product safety and regulatory affairs related documents, such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels and regulatory statements. This role ensures regulatory compliance and supports business goals by compiling and providing critical information to both internal and external customers and other parties. You will get a chance to learn more about European chemical regulations like CLP and REACH as well as global regulations like GHS. To succeed in this role, you should have ongoing studies within chemical engineering or similar. As a person you are communicative and have an analytical eye.

Supply planner

The role will focus on increasing the efficiency of the supply chain through targeted replenishment parameters and associated KPIs to ensure products are available to meet the sales plan, while minimizing operational costs. You need to be able to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing. A quick learner, preferably with experience in SAP and Excel, is required. As a person you are communicative and have an analytical eye.

Tolling coordinator

As a Tolling Coordinator within Nouryon, you’ll perform work tasks such as planning, scheduling and material ordering to the tolling processors. Further responsibilities involve an active part in the coordination of transfers between Nouryon Performance Formulations production plants as well as the payment approvals of invoices from tollers. This is a key position where you will represent the company with internal as well as external stakeholders. You’ll work as part of a team that provide an additional source of production at a time when our internal manufacturing facilities are capacity constrained. In this way you’ll help ensure we deliver on our strategic objectives for profitable growth through serving key customers with the products they need to be successful.

Sales Support – Home and Personal Care

As a Sales Support, you will perform a variety of work tasks; spanning from onboarding customers, monitor sales agreements fulfilment, pricing coordination incl. rebates to implementation and optimization of work processes and systems as well as customer complains. In this role, you will also take an active part in the administration for example contracts, purchase requests and invoices. You need to be able to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing. A quick learner, preferably with experience in SAP and Excel, is required.

Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing daily modal logistics activities. This includes overseeing shipment planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for your assigned transportation mode, ensuring alignment with our cost and service targets.
Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma is required; ongoing university studies in Industrial Economics or a related field are highly desirable. You should possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Fluency in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, is essential.

Logistics Specialist – Financial Activities

You will be responsible for managing the invoice process flow, ensuring that vendors submit invoices accurately. An openness to innovative solutions and a focus on root cause analysis will be essential in this role. Strong problem-solving skills and a detective-like approach will be invaluable for resolving various issues. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, preferably with experience in SAP, TMS systems, and Excel.

• For some roles Swedish can also be a requirement.
• You should be available for work between 1 June and 31 August.
