Brief Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst RTR to support our Global Process Improvement Manager and the international Finance Process Improvement team. This supporting role is essential in facilitating and sustaining change and promoting continuous improvement within Finance Operations.

In your future role as “Data Analyst RTR” you will you will have below key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP / AICO

• Month End Closing Support: Assist in the Month End Closing process from a system perspective to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• System Monitoring Assistance: Aid in monitoring systems such as Balance Sheet Account reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Chart of Accounts Support: Help streamline and safeguard the setup of the Chart of Accounts to maintain consistency and accuracy across financial records.
• Accounting Principles Assistance: Support the integration of the company’s accounting principles into systems and processes to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
• Outlier Monitoring Support: Assist in monitoring and addressing any outliers in financial data to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Team Support: Provide system-related assistance and troubleshooting to the Accounting, Reporting, and Consolidation teams.
• Process Improvements Support: Contribute to the implementation of improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Audit Support Assistance: Assist internal and external audits by providing necessary analysis and system-related information.

RPA Processes

• Maintenance, Change and Improvement Support: Assist with the functional maintenance and enhancements of RPA tools used for RTR processes in close cooperation with our IM and MDM teams.
• Data Analysis Support: Analyze data to identify potential automation opportunities and suggest process harmonization improvements within the R2R accounting area.

ServiceNow

• Maintenance and Improvement Support: Assist in the functional maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow tools used for Inter-company invoicing and Manual Journal Entries.
• Template and Procedure Support: Maintain templates and procedures related to ServiceNow tools within Finance Operations.
• Change Support: Collaborate on changes and improvements to ServiceNow tools with the IM and RAC teams to ensure current and effective functionality.

Controls

• KPI Analysis Support: Assist in analysing KPI dashboards and collaborate with RAC teams to enhance operational performance.
• Global Process Descriptions Support: Help maintain the Global Process Descriptions (GPDs) for R2R to ensure clear and consistent process documentation.
• Key-Controls Execution Support: Aid in performing periodic global key-controls and document their execution in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Local Controls Review Support: Review the execution of key-controls performed locally or in RACs and verify adherence to documentation standards.

We believe you are

• A master's degree in finance is preferred, or equivalent extensive work experience in a related field.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes and systems with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, complex process evaluation, and effective issue resolution.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with financial systems, particularly SAP. Familiarity with additional systems such as AICO, ServiceNow, and RPA/AI solutions is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.
