Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:

The Information Management Specialist will manage relevant subscriptions, archive systems and online resources within the R&D & Technology function. The Information Management Specialist play an important role in the organization by ensuring that information is accessible, and secure, thereby supporting decision-making and strategic planning. This role requires a structured approach and a detail-oriented mindset.

About The Job (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage key subscription contracts, ensuring timely renewals & supplier relationships.
• Manage the OneLibrary and IMO SharePoint sites, ensuring up to date information.
• Coordinate archiving within the R&D & Technology function.
• Coordinate subscription and archive access management.
• Provide training and user support on the above.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience):

• Educational Background: degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Information Management: knowledge of the information provision field, publishing industry, and management of relevant websites and resources.
• Experience in digital libraries, archives, and information provision preferred.
• Experience with IT systems and contract management.
• Experience in literature searching / alerts management.
• Familiarity with AI applications.
• Fluent in English.
