We are looking for a Solutions Architect (M365) who will act as a design authority within our Digital Operations organization. You will define the architecture and technology roadmap that ensures a secure, cohesive, and automation-driven employee experience for our global workforce.

About the job

As a Solutions Architect (M365), you will define and maintain the configuration standards for core platform services, endpoint management, and identity patterns across our global tenant.

In your future role as Solutions Architect (M365) you will:

• Govern M365 Platform Architecture, defining solution designs for Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online in alignment with enterprise guidelines.

• Architect Device & Endpoint Management, building end-to-end lifecycles using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, including enrollment and compliance policies.

• Design Identity & Access patterns using Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, SSO integrations, and guest access governance.

• Drive Automation & Platform Engineering, developing solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.

• Shape the Technology Roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities and translating strategy into delivery-ready initiatives in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.

• Ensure Governance & Compliance, aligning workplace solutions with data privacy (GDPR) and regulatory requirements while partnering with Cybersecurity on DLP and Purview strategy.

We believe you bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience: Typically 5-8 years of experience in M365/Modern Workplace platforms, including at least 2 years in an architecture or senior engineering role.

• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and M365 platform architecture at an enterprise scale.

• Automation Skills: Practitioner-level ability in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate.

• Communication: Ability to articulate technical decisions to non-technical audiences and engage effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Great if you have:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

• Experience with Adoption and Change Management (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR).

• Familiarity with Power Platform governance (Power Apps, Power BI) and ServiceNow.

• Experience in a global manufacturing or process industry environment.
