At Nouryon, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Researcher in Deventer. In this role, you will conduct experimental work in the lab and explore new innovations for our organometallic products in in the global polymer industry.

Nouryon Polymer Specialties is the world’s leading producer of organic peroxides, metal alkyls, and organometallic specialties, essential components for the polymer industry. As sustainability becomes increasingly vital, we are dedicated to discovering innovative ways to create a greener future. Our efforts include developing sustainable solutions for our products and their applications in polymer manufacturing.
As a Researcher, you will be an expert in organometallic chemistry, driving new developments for Nouryon. You will be exploring and developing new products as well as improving present chemical manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on role: you'll regularly be adapting, optimizing and troubleshooting experimental setups yourself, turning concepts into practical experiments and generating the data needed to advance new technologies and processes.
