Production and Supply Coordinator

Are you a structured team player with technical insight and an eye for logistics? Nouryon PPC Norway AS is seeking an Production and Supply Coordinator who will act as the strategic bridge between our departments to ensure optimal plant flow. As an Production and Supply Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating workflows, resources, and schedules. You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Management to ensure efficient delivery in line with our high HSE and quality standards

In your future role as Production and Supply Coordinator, you will work with;  

Production planning

• Prepare and maintain detailed production plans.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns in collaboration with the Maintenance department.
• Ensure deadlines are met.

Resource and logistics management

• Allocate personnel and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials.
• Coordinate returns handling/waste management (including hazardous‑waste declarations).

Systems ownership (SAP/Ariba)

• Operate as Plant Supply Coordinator
• Perform inventory counts/stocktakes.
• Act as requisitioner/approver for materials.

Analysis and reporting

• Monitor KPIs (scrap, machine utilisation, OEE).
• Report on energy consumption.
• Support NLPS processes (OAM, AUM, etc.).

Operational coordination

• Serve as the “Gatekeeper” for maintenance jobs.
• Release tanks for loading.
• Administer shift and on‑call rosters.

HSE and Quality

• Ensure compliance with internal HSE standards (Enablon).
• Work in accordance with our TQM management system.

We believe you bring

• Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory calculations, and transport regulations/labelling.
• Able to communicate clearly with everyone from shop‑floor operators to management and external partners.
• Capable of managing complex schedules and budgets in a fast‑paced environment.
