About the job

The Production Engineer is responsible for all technical areas associated with the plant.

In your future role as Production Engineer you will

• Directly responsible for efficient operation with a continuous improvement program using SPC, statistically designed experiements, six sigma, and other methods as required.
• Coordinate contract maintenance and provide contractor supervisor.
• Perform general monitoring of and improvements to the DCS and operations in the plants.
• Utilize technical background to evaluate plant operations and watch for any signals of problems. Assist the Production Supervisor in resolving plant problems.

• Maintain the change logs for the plant, documenting key items of interest in the areas of safety, environmental compliance, quality, operatin efficiency, aintenance, and projects.

We believe you bring

•  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of engineering, plant operations or technical field experience
