Primary Purpose of the job:

To be responsible for end to end recruitment for all non-site positions in Nouryon China;
To play a key role in China Talent Resourcing team to take on various initiatives in order to develop more effective and efficient sourcing channels, to streamline the TR process, to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of TR in support of Nouryon Talent Resourcing and People strategies.

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

• Personally manages the end to end recruitment delivery of allocated vacancies, including needs defining, screening, 1st interview, further round interview coordination, selection decision, offering till on-boarding;
• Responsible for delivery of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for own area of responsibility;
• Manages and develops recruitment channels and 3rd party suppliers together with TA team;
• Promotes Nouryon Employer Branding Proposition across area of responsibility in order to achieve our employer of choice objectives;
• Advises and partners with hiring managers on the most suitable route to attracting and selecting candidates and deliver the agreed solution;
• As a key member in China TR team, to lead / support various Talent Resourcing projects
• Scope of responsibilities:
o mainly responsible for China non-site positions;
o Ad hoc support to other Asia country recruitment as needed;

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

Competencies and Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably in recruitment; both in-house and agency experience preferred;
• Proven experience of delivering successful, best practices, end to end recruitment within specified deadlines;
• Expertise in various sourcing channels & when to use them: job-boards, media, education, internships, social networking
• Experienced in building, managing and engaging talent pipelines;
• With a blend of strengths in sourcing, strategic planning, process, events management, hiring manager partnering, and complex problem resolution;
