Perkadox® PF-MT40 is a 40% suspension which is used for room temperature curing of acrylic solid surface without yellow discoloration. It is used in combination with Accelerator CTAS for room temperature cure.

Perkadox® GB-45C is a free-flowing 45% peroxide formulation on a phthalate-free carrier for curing unsaturated polyester resins and (meth)acrylic resins at ambient and elevated temperatures.

We offer azo initiators, such as Perkadox® AIBN (azobisisobutyronitrile) and Perkadox® AMBN (2-methylbutyronitrile), for bulk, solution, suspension and emulsion polymerization of a wide variety of monomers, such as styrene, vinylchloride, vinylidenechloride, acrylonitrile, acrylates and methacrylates. Our most commonly used initiator is AIBN, but our AMBN provides even better solubility than AIBN. Advantages of AIBN initiators: Azo initiators have many advantages over standard organic peroxides, such as the fact that they form no oxygenated byproducts and provide low yellow discoloration. Azo initiators generate only C-centered radicals, which are low energy and very selective and cause a low amount of branching. This provides low Poly Dispersity Index (PDI) values and molecular weights. Perkadox® AIBN does not form oxygenated residues and does not cause oxidative degradation of pigmented of dyed polymer systems. For this reason, the color stability or transparent, dyed polymers, such as polymethylmethacrylate, is improved. AIBN and other azo initiators provide excellent color stability in transparent colored polymers, such as PMMA. They do not form oxygenated residues and do not cause oxidative degradation of pigmented or dyed systems. Compared with organic peroxides, azo initiators avoid excessive grafting, making them particularly suitable for use in manufacturing acrylic cast and moulded sheets, as well as adhesives, acrylic fibers, super absorbers, detergents and flocculants. Our most commonly used initiator is AIBN, but our AMBN provides even better solubility than AIBN. Perkadox® AIBN can also be used for pharmaceutical and fine organic synthesis. Our Trigonox 421 provides similar technical performance and is a sustainable alternative for AIBN. An additional advantage of Trigonox 421 is that all decomposition products that are generated are non-toxic, which is in contrast to AIBN which forms toxic TMSN.

Perkadox® BT-50 is a fast-curing 50% peroxide formulation; disperses and dissolves very quickly in unsaturated polyester resins and (meth)acrylic resins.

Perkadox® 16-GB70 is a peroxydicarbonate used for curing unsaturated polyester resins and (meth)acrylic resins at elevated and high temperatures.

Perkadox® GB-50X is a free-flowing 50% peroxide formulation on a phthalate-free carrier for curing unsaturated polyester resins and (meth)acrylic resins at ambient and elevated temperatures. Provides excellent solubility in standard thermoset curing applications.

Perkadox® 16-40XPS is a pumpable, low-viscosity peroxide formulation used for curing unsaturated polyester resins and (meth)acrylic resins mainly in the temperature range of 60°C (140°F) and higher.

Perkadox® 20S is a special low-concentration BPO formulation for curing mine bolts and chemical anchors.

Perkadox® 33 is a special low-concentration BPO formulation for curing mine bolts and chemical anchors.

Perkadox® GB-45CM is a free-flowing 45% peroxide formulation on a phthalate-free carrier for curing unsaturated polyester resins and (meth)acrylic resins at ambient and elevated temperatures. Provides excellent solubility in standard thermoset curing applications.

Perkadox® PM-30BS-PD is a powder formulation containing 30% di-(p-methyl benzoyl peroxide) for the curing of unsaturated polyester at elevated temperatures.

Perkadox® AMBN is an initiator for (co)polymerization of polymer polyols, styrene, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, acrylonitrile and (meth)acrylates.

Perkadox® BTW-50 is a 50% phthalate free dibenzoyl peroxide paste for curing unsaturated polyester resins at ambient and elevated temperatures.

Perkadox® L-W75 is an initiator for (co)polymerization of styrene, acrylonitrile, vinylacetate, (meth)acrylates. Curing agent for unsaturated polyester resins.

Perkadox® PM-W75 is a monofunctional peroxide formulation.
