HRIT Analyst

In your future role as, HRIT (Human Resources Information Technology) Analyst will be responsible for the management, configuration (where applicable), and administration of the organization's HR Global systems. This role will collaborate with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure our Global HR systems meet the organization's needs, remains optimized, and maximizes efficiency. The HRIT Analyst will also provide technical expertise, support, and training to users as needed.

  1. Manage and maintain Global HR systems, including system configuration (where applicable), enhancements, and updates.
  2.  Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address system requirements and enhancements to meet business needs.
  3. Oversee data integrity, security, and privacy within all of Nouryon’s HR systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain HR system related processes, procedures, and documentation.
  5.  Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for HR users.
  6. Research and stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to ensure the Nouryon HR systems remain current and beneficial to the organization.
  7. Lead or assist with HRIT-related projects, such as system upgrades, integrations, or implementations.

 

We believe you are...

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIT administration, configuration, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR technology platforms and related technologies, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong SuccessFactors functional knowledge & certifications are desired.

Good to know

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Global HR Technology Director. The position will be open in Mumbai India.
