We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager – TMS & Digital Intelligence to join our Digital Technology team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and digital capabilities, supporting both operational run activities and strategic transformation projects from our office in Mexico City.

About the job

In this role, you will lead the support and configuration of SAP TM while leveraging AI-enabled platforms like Palantir Foundry and Claude AI to drive operational excellence across road, rail, and sea logistics.

In your future role as Service Delivery Manager – TMS & Digital Intelligence you will:

• Lead SAP TM Operations: Manage functional support and configuration for inbound and outbound transportation processes (Road, Rail, Sea) and maintain critical Master Data.
• Drive End-to-End Execution: Own order management, freight execution, charge and settlement, carrier selection, and tendering processes.
• Manage Digital Intelligence & AI: Collaborate on ontology design in Palantir Foundry and participate in the deployment of Claude AI for document automation and exception management.
• Oversee Visibility Platforms: Act as the functional owner for Project44 (P44), Intellitrans, Bluejay, and BNL, ensuring seamless API integrations via SAP CPI.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial functions, facilitating workshops and UAT cycles.
• Deliver Strategic Projects: Act as a functional lead for system upgrades and process transformations, ensuring high-quality design documentation and hypercare support.

We believe you bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience: 6–10 years in SAP consulting or Internal IT, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in SAP TM (at least 3–4 years in TMS focus).
• Implementation Skills: At least one full-cycle SAP TM implementation (design through go-live).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware concepts.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Great if you have:

• SAP TM Certification or experience with S/4HANA TM embedded logistics.
• Exposure to Palantir Foundry, Power BI, or Claude AI for enterprise use cases.
• Project management fundamentals (Prince2, PMP, or Agile methods).
