Job Description:

Global HSES Reporting Support

• • Executing the role of Enablon Central Administrator
  • Managing Enablon User Accounts
  • Setting up monthly and quarterly Metrics Campaigns
  • Creating standard reports in Enablon
  • Contribute in the Enablon change process (CAB / alignment with Accenture)
  • Maintain KPI reporting procedure document
  • Provide data for Nouryon internal and external (CR, Sustainability)
  • Execute data integrity checks / virtual audits

Performing HSES Office Safety Specialist tasks

• • Managing Global office HSE standards
  • HSES Manager for the Mumbai Office
    • Securing compliance with the Nouryon Life Saving Rules
    • Securing recognized Industrial Heath standards
    • Managing the Office BBS program
    • Reporting in the relevant Enablon modules (IMS, BBS, AT)

Report to: HSE Governance Director (secondly: Office Manager Mumbai office)
