HR Business Partner:

We are looking for a dynamic individual for our HRBP position in our Global Service Center / GBS set up. The HRBP will provide HR expertise to Nouryon Global Service Center (GSC) on organizational capability and design to deliver business strategy and lead pro-active HR support to the business in order to realize future strategies and plans. In addition, partner with the Regional Organization, Centers of Expertise and Service Providers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services to the GSC.

About the job (Job Responsibilities 

  • Coaching and collaborate with GSC leadership to resolve business challenges.
  • Facilitating conflict resolution and difficult discussions through our grievance process
  • Advise managers regarding compliance with national, state, and local labor and employment laws.
  • Coaches and partners with employees, leadership, and management teams on a day-to-day basis to embed a high-performance culture, focusing on leadership and driving accountability
  • Manages activities in areas of responsibility including performance and talent management, succession planning, staffing including hiring, on-boarding, and terminations
  • Provide guidance and/or develop input on operational workforce planning and organization capability.
  • Deliver HR policies, processes and practices focusing on continuous improvement and improved execution.
  • Actively participate as an HR Partner within the Regional HR organization to drive functional excellence utilizing the resources provided to ensure consistent practices and making recommendations that will help meet goals.
  • Responsible for the data integrity and accuracy of headcount and maintenance in the current HRIS systems
  • Drive Code of conduct compliance and facilitate relevant employee relations trainings.
  • Lead and manage defined projects.
  • Plan and facilitate Engagement initiatives
  • Implementing Cultural and Organizational change
  • Talent Management Process for the GSC. Responsible for identifying, managing and promoting career development and building strong succession plans that align with the business strategy
  • Drive Talent Acquisition for GSC


    We believe you bring (Education & Experience 

    • Minimum Master's / bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience In a Global Business Service/ Global Capability Center Set up.
    • Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including engagement, employee relations, labor relations, compensation, organizational design, workforce planning, career development and training, performance management and employee engagement.
    • Knowledge of SuccessFactors HRIS
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical skills, and project management.
    • Able to work in a matrix environment, building effective relationships with management and functions in a multi-cultural environment
