About the job:


The Sales Support Specialist is crucial in facilitating the interaction between sales and other operational functions within the Agriculture and Food segment. This role is key to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction by handling contractual and order management duties meticulously.




In your future role as a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Customer interaction: Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs, manage their expectations, and ensure prompt resolution of their issues.
  • Sales coordination: Support sales initiatives by accurately and timely processing contracts and orders, aligning with sales forecasts and inventory management.
  • Data management: Maintain and update customer data in SAP and ensure accurate management of customer interactions, complaints, orders in the CRM system and pricing tool system.
  • Contract management: Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Reporting and analysis: Generate reports on sales metrics, order statuses, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Training and support: Provide support and training to customers on the MyNouryon platform and other digital tools.
  • Compliance and quality Control: Monitor compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards in sales operations.



We believe you bring:


  • 3-5 years in a sales support or customer service role within the specialty chemical industry, including experience with international customers.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.



Good to know:

  • This is a permanent position on a full-time basis.
  • This position reports to the Sales Manager North America for Agriculture Sales
  • This is a remote position with some travel required.
