About the job:

 

The Regional Marketing Manager will drive strategy and execution for the Paints & Coatings business in the Americas. Key responsibilities include managing pricing and margins, analyzing market intelligence, developing value propositions, and leading new product launches to support growth and profitability. This is an onsite position that can be based in either Radnor, PA, Chicago, IL, or Houston, TX.

 

In your future role as Regional Marketing Manager, you will:

 

  • Develop and execute regional market plans for the Americas.
  • Gather, analyze, and apply business intelligence on market trends, customers, competitors, products, and technologies to inform action plans.
  • Set target pricing and manage pricing exceptions with the sales team to meet annual revenue and profit goals.
  • Identify customer needs and create solutions to drive growth and margin improvement in collaboration with sales and product management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders across the region.
  • Design and implement regional market engagement and communication strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of launch plans for new products in the region.
  • Contribute as an active member of the Paints & Coatings global marketing leadership team.

 

We believe you bring:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 7 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the chemical industry; experience in paints, coatings, or building materials is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • Confidence and ease working across diverse global cultures.
  • A strong results-driven mindset with a proven ability to lead and influence others effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid business and financial acumen to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to build credibility and trust with sales teams and key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 

Good to know:
 

  • This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Director of Marketing Paints & Coatings.
  • This is an onsite position and can be based in either Radnor, PA, Chicago, IL, or Houston, TX.

Compensation Information:

 

The hiring salary range for this position ranges from $117,800 to $168,300, although individuals may eventually progress through the pay scale in this role up to $218,800. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role as well as the individuals’ qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications. Hired applicants will be eligible to receive annual bonuses.

Employees (and their families) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also eligible to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive paid time off and the mandated company holidays throughout the calendar year.
