About the job:

 

Responsible for the end-to-end OTC process, including order processing, issue resolution, invoicing, and customer support, ensuring accurate execution and a high level of service.

 

In your future role as a Customer Service representative, you will:

 

·        • Receive and enter orders in SAP (60%+ orders use AI tool for order entry) and follow standard procedure for order execution.

·        • Perform order processing checks (automated through workflow) and escalate to relevant functions to resolve issues (e.g. credit block, missing price, allocation etc.) via CRM tool

·        • Provide order confirmation to customers

·        • Make order is clean before logistics start DN creation and shipment booking/arrangement

·        • Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally and with the customer

·        • Respond to customers on order status inquiries through coordination with logistics hub

·        • Perform month-end closure checks to ensure all shipped orders are invoiced and no overdue orders.

·        • Create, send, archive invoices and associate documentation to customer (automated)

·        • Issue credit/debit notes according to DOA requirement when necessary and file supporting mails

·        • Coordinate customer requests, provide routine/OTC related documents to customers (e.g. CoA, MSDS, invoice, shipping documents)

·        • Receive customer complaints, enter complaints into CRM and assign appropriate investigator

·        • Resolve any OTC related complaints in coordination with other functions

·        • Ensure correct execution of return orders

We believe you bring:

 

·        Education level: Junior college or higher

·        Work experience:3 years or higher

·        Language requirement: Reasonable English reading, writing, and speaking ability

·        Proficient in SAP and able to use English as a working language

·        >3 years’ experience in related functions, preferably with a background in handling import and export orders

·        Service driven and empathy

·        Quick learner

·        Discipline

·        Self-confidence, Optimism and Open mindset for changes

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Customer Service Leader.
